Ego death is the realization of your true nature. It's the falling away of the illusion of ego. As ego death becomes more common, so does the need for support, healing, education, and integration. At Ancient Light Healing Arts, ego death is the main focus of my practice. Ego death can be disorienting and many times feels like depression. It's often triggered by childbirth, plant medicine, soul partners, trauma, and near-death experiences.
